Daniel and Erwann announce the opening of the one and only Breton crêperie in Havana. Pancakes just like they make them in Douarnenez, South Finistère, fine, savoury or sweet, wheat or buckwheat, wholemeal, sugar butter, ham and onion confit, Suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier or Tropicale flambéed with rum. All that’s missing is the cider !
